What You Will Do

  • Use Visio or other process modeling tools to create clear and comprehensive business process maps and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant onboarding content (e.g., IT, Operations, Management).
  • Design and develop engaging presentations, handbooks, and informational documents for new hires/cross-functional teams' reference.
  • Contribute to the development of checklists, quick reference guides, and other tools to enable effective new hire onboarding.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving the overall new hire experience. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • University students majoring in business, economics, human resources, information systems, or a related field.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
