Agency Intern - Agency Resourcing - Accounting

The Programme

An internship to provide quality and timely administrative support on department operational tasks and process simplification/ automation projects. 

What You Will Do

• Handle and manage documents filing/ records.
• Data input for recruitment application data.
• Prepare and arrange regular recruitment related document delivery to relevant agencies/ departments.
• Support in department’s process simplification/ automation projects.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• University students major in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Passionate to explore the insurance business.
• Good analytical skills and attentive to details.
• Good problem solving, organizing as well as interpersonal and communication skills.
• A good team player, enthusiastic and pursue for excellence.
