2024 AIA Group Office Summer Internship Programme - Group Marketing

The Programme

The purpose of our 10-weeks programme is to provide students who are passionate about the Insurance industry with the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

Internship Period: 10 June 2024 to 16 August 2024.

Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Group Marketing, you may be involved in:

• Communications Intern: Assist with various aspects of internal and external communications to support effective messaging and communications.
• Brands Intern: Support brand management activities and assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. 

Required Skills and Abilities

Students who are curious about the insurance industry, open-minded to accept new challenges, able to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

What you will need:

• Undergraduate/post-graduate students from all backgrounds and field of study who are in your penultimate year of study.
• Excellent teammate and curious learner.
• Ability to multi-task, quick to adapt and able to work in fast paced work environment.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Strong digital literacy required, proficient in Microsoft Office. 

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview in March / April 2024.
