2024 AIA Group Office Summer Internship Programme - Group Human Resources

The Programme 

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our organization in the Group Human Resources, Group Digital, Analytics and Governance (GDAG) department.  
 
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to various projects and initiatives within our organization. 
 
Internship Period: 11 June 2024 to 16 August 2024. 
 
What you will learn and develop: 

• Conduct research on industry trends in Digital HR, HR Artificial Intelligences and HR Automation. 
• Support in data collection, analysis, and report generation. 
• Support Projects or assignments in areas relating to Automation and Data Analytics
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to team discussions.

Required Skills and Abilities

University students who are curious about Insurance, Human Resources or Technology, passionate learners and thrive in a fast-changing environment. 
 
What you will need: 

• Currently enrolled in a Computing or Information Technology program at an accredited university or college. 
• Strong digital literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
• Enjoys applying analytical thinking to solve real business problems. 
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good written and spoken English.  

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview in March / April 2024.
