Why did you apply for the Top100 Competition?

What has been the most valuable thing you’ve learnt from the Top100? 

"The most valuable thing I've learnt from the Top100 is to have confidence in yourself! Throughout the process I realised that I could extract useful skills from my previous experiences and apply them to the skills needed to become a successful lawyer."

How did you find the application process overall? Were there any things you found particularly enjoyable or surprising?

"The unexpected growth from learning about the company's and peers' strengths was memorable and invaluable. At the awards night, I was able to converse with recruiters of renowned partners, recognising their preferred talent profiles and how dedicated they are to nurturing young talents."

"Just be yourself and and impress them with your enthusiasm. And of course, enjoy!"
