HOW IT WORKS

1.Application

Thousands of students apply to the Top100 Future Leaders competition as the first step in the comprehensive recruitment process

2.Testing - by Sova Australia

You’ll then complete a selection of psychometric tests commonly used by many top graduate employers

3.Assessment - by Chandler Macleod

You’ll then participate in an actual assessment centre run by Chandler Macleod, where you’ll be assessed directly by employers

4.Awards Night

The dozens of employers that participate in these applicant assessments will announce their results with the students and universities taking top honours on the night

STUDENT ELIGIBILITY

You must:

be a Hong Kong citizen or permanent resident
be enrolled as a student at an Hong Kong university or from a overseas university and be continuing your study into 2024 (undergraduate or postgraduate)
be available to attend a full day’s assessment centre and the awards evening that follows, if required, on Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd of August 2023
