Management Trainee - Program Management

What You Will Do 

• Understand Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) business in manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with operation practices of the business.
• Liaise with customers and internal parties independently and provide timely support and services.
• Be a team player in various functional departments, including but not limited to Program Management, Product Design, Engineering, Purchasing, Planning & Logistics, etc. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, passionate and a good team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to stay in our Dongguan plant 3 days per week after the pandemic.
