What You Will Do

The intern will support the team in the following areas: 

  • Assist officers in basic course logistics such as material preparation, draft Joining Instructions, etc. 
  • Maintain and keep up to date with the programme and course details on a regular or as needed basis. 
  • Assist officers to summarize participant feedback and monitoring delivery-related expenses. 
  • Update and check completeness and accuracy of reporting. 
  • Maintain and update curriculum related resources and databases. 
  • File L&D documents in good order and help to tidy L&D stationery and equipment in the storeroom. 
  • Take officer role for simple courses if necessary. 
  • Be flexible to take up extra administrative responsibilities during ad hoc situations. 
  • Work with course manager and officer to prepare the digitalized related works.

Required Skills and Abilities

Skill requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.  
  • A flexible team player who is able to handle multitasks with good accuracy. 
  • Good at communications. 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Language requirement:

  • English (Reading/Writing): Full professional Proficiency.  
  • Mandarin Chinese (Reading/Writing): Native Proficiency.  
  • Both Mandarin Chinese and English are used for oral communications within the Firm. English is used for most written communications.
