How you will contribute
HUMAN RESOURCES
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.
- Develop and execute engaging recruitment strategies, including compelling visuals and interactive experiences at career fairs and events to attract top talents.
- Contribute to projects that enhance employer branding, streamline recruitment processes, and foster a positive and welcoming work environment for L'Oréal employees.
BRAND COMMUNICATION
- Support the development and execution of creative brand, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and targeted audience reach.
- Create engaging written and visual across multiple platforms to effectively communicate L'Oréal's brand identities and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze social media conversations, industry trends, and campaign performance to measure the impact of brand communication strategies.
CORPORATE AFFAIRS & ENGAGEMENT
- Support the planning and execution of internal events and initiatives that foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Develop engaging content for internal communication channels to ensure employees are well-informed about company news and initiatives while reinforcing L'Oréal's mission, values, and culture.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of employee feedback through surveys, and other channels to identify opportunities for enhancement and power-up the effectiveness of internal communication strategies.
Your profile
- University student from any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Authorized to work in Hong Kong without working VISA sponsorship
- Able to take semester deferral for this full-time internship (6/12 months)
- Proficient in English
- Self-motivated, passionate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communicator and team player, with autonomy to manage complexity and ad-hoc tasks
