Management Associate - Human Resources

Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on assignments in various functions in HR: business partnering, talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, performance management, reward, workplace
  • Conduct research and analysis to help formulate impactful HR initiatives
  • Lead or participate in projects from end to end. Work with departments/stakeholders inside and outside HR on ideation, design, planning and implementation

Requirements

  • Degree holder with good academic standing, with 3-5 years’ work experience
  • Aspire to grow to become a successful HR professional
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mind
  • Organised with good project management skills
  • Comfortable to work under ambiguity and complexity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
