The Programme

HAECO Group's Graduate Trainee Programme aims to develop fresh graduates with diverse backgrounds into our future leaders.  

Upon successful completion of the programme, the trainees will continue to broaden their career prospects in different business functions for further development.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh university graduates or university graduates in ANY discipline with less than 2 years’ work experience.
• Business minded, receptive to change, adaptable and with learning agility.
• Innovative, self-motivated, determined to succeed.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A good team player with leadership potential.
