About the FDM Graduate Programme and roles:

The FDM Business Analysis and Project Management Graduate Programme will give you the opportunity you need to kickstart your dream career in tech.

We help thousands of graduates each year launch and fast-track their career progression. We welcome applications from all degree disciplines. You don't need a STEM degree, it’s your attitude, aptitude and passion for tech that matters.

The programme starts with award-winning training from our certified trainers out of the FDM Hong Kong Academy. Like all interviews and assessments, this is done remotely in response to Covid-19, to ensure the safety of our community.

Once you’ve completed your training, you will gain real-world professional experience placed with one or more of our globally recognised clients, working in their team as an FDM Consultant for a period of two years.    

As an FDM Business Analyst on client site you will bridge the gap between the technological and business side of an organisation. Working with various teams and departments across the business your role is crucial to future development, helping to streamline processes, increase efficiency and improve services.

As an FDM Project Support Officer, you play the pivotal role of programme organiser and people co-ordinator, working closely with Project Managers to plan, direct and drive forward key projects from start to finish, keeping them on track and ensuring their success.

A career in Business Analysis or Project Management can lead to a wide range of job opportunities as you learn from industry experts and gain expertise across a broad variety of business-critical areas. 

Business Analysis career prospects range from Junior Business Analyst to Head of Business Analysis.

Project Management career prospects range from Project Support Officer to Head of Project Management.

About You

We ask you have the following:

• University degree (bachelor or higher)
• Excellent communication skills and an obvious passion to work in technology
• Able to commit to the full 2-year graduate careers programme
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong

At the end of your two-year consultant period, you have a number of options to progress your career. You can continue your journey with FDM as a senior consultant, you may be offered a permanent position with the client you are placed with, or you can pursue other opportunities.
