Automated Systems Holdings Limited (ASL) was awarded the Best HR Awards 2018’s Best Employee Wellness Award by the CTgoodjobs, a member of the Hong Kong Economic Times Group.
The Best HR Awards 2018 aims to recognize outstanding talent management, thereby encouraging innovation and excellence among enterprises. While the Best Employee Wellness Award recognizes organization that excels in take caring of staff’s wellness and promoting work life balance, fostering improvements in staff engagement and performance. The judging process is stringent and consists of two parts. Part 1 is screening from judges, and public voting. Part 2 is further judged by panel judges. Through continuous improvement and optimization of human resources measures, ASL is committed to build a family-friendly environment, promote a positive work-life balance, care the health of our employee and their family members, and encourage continual self-development and thus ASL successfully provides employees with a harmony and versatile ideal corporate environment. This dedication won the heart and support of the judges and the voters and thus ASL won the award.
Over 300 guests in HR professions from different business sectors – Cathay Pacific, ICBC, Hong Kong Broadband, KPMG, IBM, Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, adidas and more joined the award ceremony to witness this important occasion.
