What You Will Do

• Our consultants work at the very heart of every project, making sure that teams and clients work together efficiently, stay motivated and feel empowered to do their best work. You’ll be supported as you take responsibility for delivering industry-defining work that truly transforms the world and improves quality of life.
• You will be actively encouraged to experience a variety of service lines and sectors and to develop a true understanding about what we can offer our clients.  Working with teams from various disciplines you will be expected to own deliverables, liaise with clients and contribute to all aspects of project delivery, managing the success of projects through clear strategy and proactive commitment.
• Ability to take a simple brief from a Consultant/Lead Consultant /or Manager and help deliver project solutions that support the project outcome.
• Provide project activity coordination, reviewing all current and planned project activity, tracking resources assigned to each project, and liaison with customers to ensure minimal impact to Client.
• Assessment of project delivery success from an operational and customer perspective.
• Develop capability in application of Arcadis processes and tools.
• Managing Client, external stakeholders and team relationships in related activity area and/or workstream. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Degree in Building Surveying / Building Services / Interior Design / Quantity Surveying / Engineering / Architectural / Project Management / Account Management / Construction Management / Finance or relevant discipline.
• Require good competency in communication and planning experience.
• Intermediate to fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in using MS Applications.
• Confident communicators and influencers.
• Innovative and creative lateral thinkers.
• People who are passionate about solving the industry’s main problems and "improving quality of life".
