We drive major transformation programs, by designing and delivering the future of the industry operations as well as driving the performance revolution. Shaping the change through delivery. We guide the Operations Leaders and the CxO´s transformation agenda to reshape Operations at the core.

We apply deep sector knowledge and technical business operations consulting experience to take a more strategic view of our client's priorities, helping them to prepare for growth, embrace digital agenda, optimize costs and maximize operational efficiency.  

We serve multiple industries including Energy & Resources, Manufacturing, Life science, Health care, Automobile etc.

What You Will Do

You’ll work with some of the world’s leading organizations across a diverse range of business. Have the possibility to develop industry-specific knowledge in order to bring added value to customers and the firm, and also have opportunity to be part of Cross-country collaboration to share expertise.

Keeping track and being up to date about main Tech Trends in order to drive the Transformation of our clients.

Have access to a broader network, by being part of industry-specific and international communities. Building the ability to interact with different stakeholders and functions within the client’s organization and becoming the liaison among them, being able to speak different languages (IT, business, and Operations).

Having 360° view of Consulting business, due to the collaboration with other Offerings during Transformation Programs. 

Required Skills and Abilities

The candidates from diverse backgrounds are welcome, including finance, business administration, economics, computer science, mathematics, chemistry, engineering, life science, etc.

We are looking for exceptional individuals from top-tier schools. Candidates should be undergraduate or postgraduate students graduating in 2024. 

Required qualifications include:

• Solid history of strong personal achievement in school and professional experience.
• Highly motivated to achieve desired goals and objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible, creative, confident, and a fast learner.
• A proven passion for technology application.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make an impact.
• Proficient in MS Office, Familiarity with other popular digital software is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and verbal (mandatory).
