What You Will Do

• Be responsible for tasks in consulting engagements, including preparing for engagement deliverables, proposals, or other materials as required.
• Helps our clients achieve business objectives through the use of our value-added consulting service.
• Produces a high-quality work product to ensure a superior client experience with others to team.
• As Functional Consultant, support the elicitation and capture of business and system requirements in large-scale modernization and integration programs.
• As Technical Consultant, support the development of technology components and solutions in a large-scale modernization and integration programs.
• Work under the guidance of a team lead / project manager, directly with client stakeholders, and with our offshore delivery teams throughout engagements.
• Develop understanding of requirements and design artifacts to assist in solution analysis and design and carry forward into implementation.
• Apply knowledge of modern project management and agile methodologies to support project delivery.
• Help ensure the quality and acceptance of outputs through client validation and rigorous and proactive testing.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Prefers major in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering and other related majors.
• Basic knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and agile and traditional project management approaches.
• For Technical Consultants, basic knowledge of major programming languages (Java/JavaScript/C#/Python), popular frameworks (Angular/Node.js/React), and architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture, etc.).
• Always takes the initiative, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure and travel; strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
• A fast learner and strong team player; creative, flexible and self-confident.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
